After that came Hampton, SC and Alluette's Restaurant and Art Gallery, upscale and soul inspired cuisine ÔÇÿthat is good for you and good for your soulÔÇÖ. AlluetteÔÇÖs served lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch in an upscale casual environment. The main dining room seated 125 people and the patio comfortably seated 30 guests. An added feature was the private dining room which accommodated up to 20 people and served as a conference room for companies hoping to attain a degree of exclusivity. Connected to Alluette's was Maggie's Tavern which offered a full bar and seating for up to 85 persons. All totaled Alluette's accommodated and served up to 255 guests! Alluette Jones-Smalls began the concept and venture that is now Alluette's Caf├® in 1993 in Charleston, SC.

Line Street Grill and Grocery started an idea that is today the focus of holistic soul food.
