Semi-good product offerings, and better than actual website. But the Customer Service is horrible . 1) There is something wrong with their phone system - I can never seem to hear the people when trying to place an order. 2) Bad Service - On two occasions in 2 weeks, a Customer Service person (Soni?) told me that they will call me back, bur never received any calls from them. 3) Relatively low knowledge of the people on the phone. Any questions that i asked on their product, I was put on hold. To place a small 7 item order, it took me a half hour! 4) Inconsistent - I called two times (from two different people) throughout the week, and was told that they will be able to deliver to my house between 9am to 12 noon. However, after all the back/forth between their Service department and I, a day before the delivery they tell me that they cannot deliver it between 9am to 12 noon. When I started to complain, the Customer Service person hung up the phone on me!! If you have the courage to go to their warehouse, I would advice that more than calling their Phone support people. It has been a very negative experience with I Say Organic to say the least - I would advice to stay away from this establishment.
