Our sauces and marinades labeled GCC meet the goop Certified Clean standard: no processed sugars, processed foods, gluten, dairy, peanuts, or preservatives. Our chicken is organic and free-range. Our salmon comes from the fjords of Norway with the highest standards of quality in mind and is Best Aquaculture Practices, Global G.A.P., and ASC certified. Our produce and greens are sourced organic and locally whenever possible.
