One good example would be our chefÔÇÖs recommendation, the Simple LifeÔÇÖs healthy Nasi Lemak, which is completely vegetarian. Cooked with extra virgin coconut oil, with Sambal made from carrots and cabbage, it is both spicy and delicious, resembling the usual Nasi Lemak.
