Organic Approach Display
With our Verified and Sponsored tiers, you can display your Organic Approach statement on your listing, which helps communicate your approach to using at least some organic ingredients. This could be a simple statement, such as 'you like to use organic strawberries when they are in season,' for example, or a more general statement that shares a non-GMO or using ingredients from local organic farms approach.

Doesn’t Promote Nearby Restaurants
With this feature, when people are on your restaurant listing page, if you have the Verified tier, the bottom area will not include a section for promoting other nearby restaurants within your restaurant's area. This is a great feature because it keeps more eyes on your restaurant’s listing page instead of promoting others in your area.

RROI Calculator
Our Restaurants Return On Investment Calculator
The value that you see is a simple calculation based off your average first time ticket size, then on average how many times do they return per year, and then how many years do they remain a customer for. This helps to determine what your customer life time value is. And then from that, you have a better sense if it's worth it to sponsor your listing to attract more eyes.
Frequently Asked Questions
A curated list of FAQs from the perspective of restaurant owners & managers
Why should I use OrganicRestaurants.com for my restaurant?
We know you are doing all the hard work by creating a menu with at least some organic ingredients, presenting it to your restaurant goers, and managing everything that goes with it. On our end, we genuinely want to get you more eyes and traffic to your restaurant brand. We do that by sending as many people as we can to your restaurant listing detail page. When people are looking for organic restaurants near me or in specific cities and towns, we help them find the restaurants they are looking for. Since 2012, we have been doing this with our OrganicRestaurants.com platform, and we continue to evolve the digital experience and way we help connect restaurants and organic-minded restaurant seekers.
What if I manage our restaurant's website or marketing and want to claim our listing?
We’d love to have you claim your listing for free; this way, you can fully edit and manage it. And once you claim your listing, you can, if you’d like, add verification or sponsorship to enhance your listing and get more eyes & website traffic to your digital brand.
What's the Organic Statement that I see on restaurant listing pages?
The organic statement is a way for you, as someone who manages your restaurant, to share your approach to using organic ingredients. It could be as simple as sharing that during specific seasons of the year, you use certain organic ingredients or it could share brands and other ways you use organic. Think about what you’d say if a restaurant patron asked the waiter or chef how they think about using organic ingredients. Whatever that general statement is, that’s what should go in your organic statement, which could be a sentence or so or more involved.
What's the Organic Meter?
Our organic meter is a simple way to help communicate to our website users and community just how organic a restaurant is. Quite simply, the more organic ingredients used within a menu, the higher the score, and the lower the number of organic ingredients used, the lower the score. For any restaurant listing on OrganicRestaurants.com, if they have it, you’ll see an organic meter level number.
How do I actually claim my listing?
Well, you are on the right page! To claim your listing, you can visit our claim page to search for your listing. Or if you find your listing detail page specifically, there is a CLAIM button on that page, which you can use as well. Once you claim your listing, our team will be notified to research and make sure it’s valid.
How do I add verified status to my listing?
Once you’ve claimed your listing, simply visit the verified page to add verified status to your listing. Once you add it, it will immediately display on your listing and in city results pages.
How do I sponsor my restaurant listing to appear at the top of our city results pages?
After you’ve claimed your listing for free, you can visit the sponsor your listing page to add your listing to the top city of your choosing. Typically, restaurants will choose the city in which they are located to sponsor. And some restaurants like to add multiple cities and towns nearby to appear in the top spots as well. The idea is that if an organic-minded restaurant goer is looking for a restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts, they might also be open to listings in the neighboring town of Cambridge, Massachusetts. So, a restaurant in Boston might want to sponsor the city of Cambridge as well, so that when someone is looking for a restaurant in Cambridge, they’ll see your listing from Boston in addition to what they find in Cambridge!
