Growing up in Argentina and Colorado, instilled an appreciation for fresh, natural, delicious food ÔÇô and now in our beloved Laguna Beach, we want to share our love for simple, natural food with our community.

Our goal is to celebrate family and friends and to share with our community our love for food and the sustainability of healthy natural ingredients. We recognize the value and responsibility of local farming, ranching, and fishing. To that end, we strive to shorten the time and distance any ingredient travels from the soil to the table.

We have sourced artisans, ranchers, and farmers who have dedicated their lives to offering the best product, and whose love for their craft translates directly to the quality of ingredients. And just as these local providers rely on us, their hard work drives our creativity and inspiration in our kitchen.

We take the food at its peak of seasonality and craft dishes that showcase the flavor and texture of each ingredient.
