All of our vegan and dairy ice creams, coffee and tea are certified organic and we bake exclusively vegan from scratch with all-organic ingredients. Our vegan and vegetarian sandwiches are also prepared with local, non-GMO and organic ingredients whenever possible.
It doesn├ö├ç├ût end with what we serve ├ö├ç├ there's also how we serve it! Our offerings are served in glassware or for takeout in plant-based, compostable to-go supplies and we compost our food waste through Gainesville Compost.
