What We Believe

Food should taste good. Eating should be fun. Healthy food can be delicious and enjoyable. Knowing whatÔÇÖs in our food and where it comes from can make for a more satisfying meal. Supporting local farmers and producers helps our local economy and culture to thrive. Doing the weekly shopping doesnÔÇÖt have to be a drag. Although itÔÇÖs more fun if done in drag.

We carry dozens of all-natural products (with no artificial ingredients, chemical preservatives, or colorings) and we feature locally produced goods, including Eden packaged foods, Avalon Bread, local honey and more! You'll also find many Organic and Fair Trade products, as well as food allergy and special diet-related items.

Our Family of Farmers

At PFC we source a wide variety of fresh produce, eggs, and dairy products from local, small-scale farms. Some have been farming for generations while others are relatively new to it. But whether they're veteran or rookie farmers, our family of producers are all dedicated, hard-working, and have a genuine interest in the health and well-being of our community.
