When LUK opened we wanted to offer the community an affordable alternative to fast food. Healthy, fast, affordable food for the community. LUK is also a place where a whole family can sit down together for one meal as a family, and everyone can have a different meal with their unique eating habits, because these days we all know in one family there can be a gluten or dairy allergy, or a vegan and a carnivore. So here at LUK we offer alternatives for everything ÔÇô milk, butter, meat, bread, creams.

When it comes to ingredients, I want to offer the freshest and most nutrient dense ingredients there are. ThatÔÇÖs why we use a wide of array of ancient super-foods packed with vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need to fuel us at peak performance.
