Brandenburg Pastry Bakery is a family owned bakery that features pastries, cakes and bread made from scratch using all natural ingredients. We use organic New York grown flour in all our pastries, local Milk, Cheese, Eggs, Honey and Maple from Products and when available, local seasonal and organic produce for great-tasting cakes and pastry. We NEVER use shortening or artificial flavors in any of our products nor do we source ANY of our baked good from other purveyors.
