Deli Central

Deli Central is owned and operated by Tony and Jean Sykes. The public face of the business is the deli and coffee-shop in the centre of Wakefield (where else!) and we are very proud of our reputation for the quality of our homemade soups, cakes, fresh salads and cooked meats. We also have a wonderful range of fresh cheeses, olives and artisan produced jams and chutneys.

But our corporate and private hospitality catering, which operates from the same premises, has always been an important part of the business. We believe our success is because we supply top quality food and an equal top quality service, on time and aimed at exceeding the clientsÔÇÖ expectations.

This is achieved by understanding what are the clients needs are in detail and then making sure we deliver.

ÔÇ£Home-cooked, locally sourced, seasonal and prepared with prideÔÇØ sums up our ethos. The food we use, when ever possible, is either prepared on the premises , such as our Yorkshire beef and ham that is cooked in our kitchen, or locally sourced

We would not be able to do any of this without our long established, reliable, well trained and efficient team.
