Canoviano is an Italian restaurant in the center of Fukuoka.
The Canoviano's chef- Takamasa Uetake understands the importance of ingredients to make wonderful dishes. Therefore, most of ingredients especially the vegetable ingredients are carefully selected from organic farms.
Also Canoviano tries to use the natural spices and reduce using the animal fats such as butter, cream... in order to pursue the taste of harmony.
