Lan’s Vietnamese Cuisine

Lan and Clint met in Santa Fe in 2002, when Lan catered ClintÔÇÖs Birthday party for 10 close friends. Clint, who had lived in San francisco before moving to Santa Fe loved Vietnamese cuisine and was smitten by Lan and the quality of her food. Two writers who attended the party wrote inspired articles about the dinner.

After the party Lan and Clint found themselves drawn to each other and the dream of opening a high quality vietnamese restaurant in Santa Fe began. In 2005 they started delivering lunches to several businesses in Santa Fe. Shortly thereafter they opened a small lunch place near the Plaza. The restaurant was well received and quickly outgrown.

In 2008 they opened a full service lunch and dinner restaurant in the current location in The Collge Plaza on Cerrillos road. Since then they have enjoyed a healthy following of locals and a growing number of tourist who discovered them through glowing reviews on several internet dinning sites.

In 2011 LanÔÇÖs was chosen as one of Santa FeÔÇÖs 20 best restaurants by The Santa Fe Reporter and Santa FeÔÇÖs best asian restaurant by Travelers Magazine.
