LOFO is a Farm-to-Table restaurant in the heart of Syracuse's Downtown Armory Square. We serve succulently prepared, ethically sourced local meat, and vegetables from farmer friends in nearby lands that we create the most imaginative plant-based options you could dream of. With over 30 mircrobrew options of bottles and cans, and fresh-made fruit and vegatable juices we really do have something for everyone. Our focus is food, our mission is to make it delicious and our dream is to get everyone excited about eating around the same table again.
