Co- founders Kevin & Ngiare Hubbard know that today's customers are conscientious about their body and what they put in it, so we offer only the highest of quality locally sourced organic ingredients.

Our Kosher Certified 100% organic white flour comes from Lindley Mills in Graham, North Carolina, who have been making it since 1755. Our Gluten-Free Rice flour is sourced from Naples in Italy. We make our organic tomato sauce fresh every day with finest local ingredients, offer the best quality mozzarella & variety of other cheese and all our meats are hormone and antibiotic free. Our customers are fans and embracing our concept and helping us grow by telling their friends, colleagues & families about their enjoyable and unique experience with us.
