WeÔÇÖve been calling Central Pennsylvania ÔÇÿthe Tuscany of the East CoastÔÇÖ, and for good reason. Local farmers grow some of the most wonderful, flavor-forward ingredients found anywhere in the world, and weÔÇÖre extremely proud to showcase their product. Our seasonal menu reflects what our farmers have to offer at any given time throughout the year. With the exception of salt, olive oil, and a few spices, everything on our menu is from a Central Pa farm, down to the wheat in our in-house bread. Oh, did we mention that about half of our menu comes out of our wood-fired oven? Eat Well and Feel Good About It!
