Reviews of GreenFare at 408 Elden Street
Andrew says:
I like the place not only for the food, but the atmosphere, the waitstaff, the cooking staff. The first time I was there Pericles - one of the chef's came out to check on how I liked his vegetarian lasagna. We talked. The meal good. I am not a vegan or a vegetarian so please take this review with a grain of salt. The vegan lasagna was my first in a restaurant. No cheese. BUT it was good. I have gone back several times and think that you will like Greenfare as much as I do.
For us carnivores - I recommend it as a change. The soups are great. The vegan chilli.
For the true vegan - I would be very interested in what you think. They have a strong vegan pedigree - as the owner studied under one of the leading vegan dieticians - Dr Neal Barnard.
Basically - I think it stands out as a great comfortable restaurant for all.
