The Riverside Farmers Market runs weekly on the Fitzhamon Embankment (opposite the Millennium Stadium) - a high-profile location close to Cardiff city centre. Riverside Market is now widely recognised as one of the key attractions in the Welsh capital, for local residents and visitors alike. The Market follows the bank of the River Taff - a perfect location for a true local food market,

Riverside is RCMA's 'flagship' market. Originally launched in 1998 by a group of local food enthisaits in a small park in the heart of the community, the Market has grown to become on of the best known farmers' markets in the U.K., with a loyal and expanding group of customers.

They love the friendliness and fantastic flavours they can find there - while having confidence that they are buying the freshest and healthiest food available, supporting the local economy, and helping protect the environment by avoiding unnecessary packaging and reducing food miles A recent count showed that more that 1600 people attend Riverside Market on a typical Sunday - and many of them have signed up to by 'Friends' who receive a regular newsletter.
